Coaching Packages

For coaching packages, I offer a tiered pricing scale for deciding payment.

The payment structure offered is inspired by the Green Bottle Method from Worts + Cunning.

Please note: There are a limited amount of coaching packages that are offered for middle and lower costs.

Tier I: The highest dollar cost reflects the true cost of the service offered. This option is meant for those who wouldn’t traditionally qualify for a sliding scale option. If you are able to focus on “wants” without worry regarding necessities, as well as hold economic privilege within your community, this is the option for you.

Tier II: The middle cost reflects my acknowledgement that payment of the full cost may prevent people from being able to access this service, but who do not honestly find themselves in either Tier I or Tier III categories. This category may be for you if:

• You are struggling to pay off debt, build savings, or have recently lived paycheck to paycheck, but now have a steady access to income and are not spending most of your time worried about meeting basic needs (e.g., shelter, medical care, childcare).

If you have people in your life that you can ask for financial support, please consider using those personal resources before you use the resources of this sliding scale as this would limit opportunities for others.

Tier III: The bottom cost reflects my acknowledgement that there are people whose economic circumstances would prevent them from being able to access this service if there was not an intentional opportunity provided so that they may access this service at a price that is reflective of their economic realities. This category may be for you if:

• You struggle to maintain access to basic needs (e.g., housing, health care, food, childcare)

• You are living paycheck to paycheck or are in significant debt

Please know that you deserve access to services that honors your price as equal in economic offering as the person who can pay the highest tier.

• I frequently stress about meeting basic needs & don’t always achieve them

• I have debt and it sometimes prohibits me from meeting my basic needs

• I rent lower-end properties or have unstable housing

• I do not have a car and/or have limited access to a car but I am not always able to afford gas

• I am unemployed or underemployed

• I qualify for government assistance including food stamps & health care

• I have no access to savings

• I have no or very limited expendable income

• I rarely buy new items because I am unable to afford them

• I cannot afford a vacation or have the ability to take time off without financial burden

• I may stress about meeting my basic needs but still regularly achieve them

• I may have some debt but it does not prohibit attainment of basic needs

• I own or lease a car

• I am employed

• I have access to health care

• I might have access to financial savings

• I have some expendable income

• I am able to buy some new items & I thrift others

• I can take a vacation annually or every few years without financial burden

• I am comfortably able to meet all of my basic* needs

• I may have some debt but it does not prohibit attainment of basic needs

• I own my home or property OR I rent a higher-end property

• I own or lease a car

• I am employed or do not need to work to meet my needs

• I have regular access to health care

• I have access to financial savings

• I have an expendable** income

• I can always buy new items

• I can afford an annual vacation or take time off

Tiered Pricing Scale

Each package has a tiered pricing scale that offers options based on how much people can afford to contribute at this time.

There are limited number of slots available for bottom and middle tiers.

Please keep in mind that if you purchase a service at the lowest price when you can truthfully afford the higher price, you are limiting access to those who truly need the gift of financial flexibility.

Practicing honesty can help us to create a strong and sustainable community. Being honest also respects that work that I and others do to help us support ourselves and our families. When I am paid fairly, I can then invest more time and resources to free and lower cost offerings.
